The extra-raid compression springs (PRESS SPRINGS) are made of trapezoidal Chrome Vanadium wire, to guarantee a minimum stress level during spring work and maximum longevity.
They are made for press tools and classified in 4 categories of stiffness (GREEN = LIGHT, BLUE = MEDIUM, RED = STRONG, YELLOW = EXTRA STRONG).
Their ends are squared ground ends.
They are shot-peened to increase their life.
The maximum temperature of use is 230°C.
