BASIC PASSIVATION
It is a process (20% diluted nitric acid bath and rinsing) consisting of cleaning the surface of the stainless steel springs to remove impurities causing rust spots.
BLOCK COMPRESSION
This is a process used to stabilize the length of the compression springs before delivery.
